Availability
The Mathematica licence is being centrally coordinated through the School of Physical Sciences of the University (https://www.physsci.cam.ac.uk/contact-us) and not the Department of Chemistry. The software and licence are no longer being administered or maintained by the Department of Chemistry's Computer Officers.
Licence Details
This is proprietary software. The Department of Chemistry has NO licence to access this on computers throughout the department.

Mathematica has a comprehensive online help system. There is a large amount of documentation on the web at http://reference.wolfram.com/language/.
